All classes will follow the same routine but the math will change. Every class will start with a basic warmup for the brain and the body. Students will do 25 jumping jacks and I will ask each kid to give me an algebraic formula that equals 25. I can work with them if they struggle with this. Then we will do a couple of stretches and I will ask the kids about their days/hobbies to build rapport with them. Then we will begin the main part of the class. Students will practice algebra while learning fun exercises.
I am a licensed teacher in North Carolina and was a division one athlete.
Please make sure your student brings optimal work out clothes, has a large space to work out, and water. A pencil and paper to do the math on would help as well.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
