Beginner - Intermediate Level
6th Grade Math Class. This class is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of essential mathematical concepts for sixth-grade students. We will have engaging lessons, interactive activities using the classroom whiteboard, and continuous practice, students will develop a strong foundation in various math topics. Each week, a specific unit will be explored in-depth, ensuring that students gain proficiency and confidence in these fundamental mathematical principles. We will also have a spiral review of previous content to help build math skills and confidence. Students will have optional homework practice in this class. Class Structure: Interactive Learning: Classes will incorporate lectures with slides, screen sharing, challenge games, and interactive practice through tools like Nearpod. Optional Homework: Students are encouraged to complete optional homework assignments for private feedback, allowing them to further enhance their understanding of the material. The teacher will correct and provide feedback on any submitted homework. Assessment and Review: Regular assessments, quizzes, and a review will be conducted to gauge students' comprehension of the material. Topics will be reviewed throughout the year to ensure that students retain and apply their knowledge effectively. By the end of this year, students will have developed a strong foundation in sixth-grade math, equipped with the skills and knowledge to excel in more advanced mathematical concepts. This class fosters an engaging and interactive learning environment, promoting mathematical literacy and problem-solving abilities.

Parental Guidance
In this class we will at times use Nearpod to enhance the lessons with interactive options, we will at times use Kahoot for quick assessment checks, Gimkit for challenges, and independent optional work on weekly Kahoot challenges.

Should be going into the 6th Grade Math Skill Level or currently in that level.
