Class Experience

US Grade 4 - 6
Being able to write an effective paragraph is essential for students. Not only do they need to write paragraphs before writing essays and research papers, but paragraph writing will be used in all different classes, including science and math.

Class activities include: lesson videos, guided notes, Blooket, reading and highlighting a nonfiction text, defining vocabulary, answer reading comprehension questions and writing paragraphs.

The first practice paragraph will focus on a topic about the student's own life, and the second is based on an informational/nonfiction passage about The Titanic.

All writing assignments can be submitted for teacher feedback :).

The instructor will send weekly progress reports on Fridays if work has been completed.
