Beginner Level
EACH MONTH we will play a DIFFERENT GAME using specific math concepts to pass the levels. EACH WEEK learners will be challenged with a DIFFERENT LEVEL of that current month's game. Learners will practice multiplying and dividing whole numbers as they play the math games. >>> Multiplication (using numbers 0-12) >>> Division (using multiplication facts 0-12) All children need to learn math, but let's face it . . . they'd rather be playing games with their friends. In our Mastering Math: Virtual Gaming Club we encourage them to do both! Our club sessions are highly interactive and very competitive. The learners will have a chance to compete against each other each week and earn rewards as they play. >>>Beginner Arithmetic - Monthly Rotation<<< > > > AUTUMN SESSION - 11 WEEKS < < < Week of September 3rd: Review Skip Counting Week of September 10th: Multiply & Divide By 2s and 5s Week of September 17th: Multiply & Divide By 10s and 11s No Class - - - Sep. 24th - Sep. 30th - - - Autumn Break No Class - - - Oct. 1st - Oct. 7th - - - Autumn Break Week of October 8th: Multiply & Divide By 12s Week of October 15th: Multiply & Divide By 9s Week of October 22nd: Multiply & Divide By 3s Week of October 29th: Multiply & Divide By 4s Week of November 5th: Multiply & Divide By 6s Week of November 12th: Multiply & Divide By 8s Week of November 19th: Multiply & Divide By 7s Week of November 26th: Multiply & Divide Mixed Review > > > WINTER SESSION - 11 WEEKS < < < Week of December 3rd: Review Skip Counting Week of December 10th: Multiply & Divide By 2s and 5s Week of December 17th: Multiply & Divide By 10s and 11s No Class - - - Dec. 24th - Dec. 30th - - - Winter Break No Class - - - Dec. 31st - Jan. 6th - - - Winter Break Week of January 7th: Multiply & Divide By 12s Week of January 14th: Multiply & Divide By 9s Week of January 21st: Multiply & Divide By 3s Week of January 28th: Multiply & Divide By 4s Week of February 4th: Multiply & Divide By 6s Week of February 11th: Multiply & Divide By 8s Week of February 18th: Multiply & Divide By 7s Week of February 25th: Multiply & Divide Mixed Review > > > SPRING SESSION - 11 WEEKS < < < Week of March 3rd: Review Skip Counting Week of March 10th: Multiply & Divide By 2s and 5s Week of March 17th: Multiply & Divide By 10s and 11s Week of March 24th: Multiply & Divide By 2s, 10s and 12s No Class - - - Mar. 28th - Apr. 10th - - - Spring Break Week of April 14th: Multiply & Divide By 3s Week of April 21st: Multiply & Divide By 2s, 4s and 8s Week of April 28th: Multiply & Divide By 2s, 4s and 8s Week of May 5th: Multiply & Divide By 9s Week of May 12th: Multiply & Divide By 6s Week of May 19th: Multiply & Divide By 7s Week of May 26th: Multiply & Divide Mixed Review > > > SUMMER SESSION - 9 WEEKS < < < No Class - - - Jun. 2nd - Jun. 8th - - - SUMMER BREAK Week of June 9th: Review Skip Counting Week of June 16th: Multiply & Divide By 2s and 5s Week of June 23rd: Multiply & Divide By 10s and 11s No Class - - - Jun. 30th - Jul. 6th - - - SUMMER BREAK Week of July 7th: Multiply & Divide By 2s, 10s and 12s Week of July 14th: Multiply & Divide By 3s Week of July 21st: Multiply & Divide By 2s, 4s and 8s No Class - - - Jul. 28th - Aug. 3rd - - - SUMMER BREAK Week of August 4th: Multiply & Divide By 9s Week of August 11th: Multiply & Divide By 6s Week of August 18th: Multiply & Divide By 7s No Class - - - Aug. 25th - Aug. 31st - - - SUMMER BREAK ❗❗ 👑 IMPORTANT: KPE POLICIES 👑 ❗❗ Please click the following link to read our policies regarding: (1) Class Minimum Policy (2) Tardiness Policy (3) Camera Policy (4) Class Recording Policy (5) Makeup Class Policy (6) Transfer Policy (7) Refund Policy (8) Communication https://docs.google.com/document/d/1-muzsZCpFdu4u_I4MSb_yYypftxpDDSmfsMd8x9eZIs/edit?usp=sharing 👑 OTHER Mastering Math: Virtual Gaming Clubs (40 mins) $15.00 per session 👑 . . . Parental Guidance
Our review sessions are highly interactive and (sometimes) competitive. Your child will have a chance to compete against the instructor, the game or one other learner (but also work together) each week and earn rewards as they play. Not all students will win. All participants should be able to exhibit good sportsmanship regardless if they win or lose.
In this group the materials will be presented to the learners via an interactive Canva or Google slideshow presentation (shared on the teacher's device, only). We also may utilize Google Docs for the assessments. No external links will be clicked. No additional websites will be visited. No additional logins are necessary for the learners.

Teacher expertise and credentials
My experiences as a home educator and private school teacher have afforded me 10+ years teaching math concepts to students of all ages, especially 1st through 7th graders. Throughout those years I have developed many ways to make math mastery attainable for learners within the different levels. My all-time favorite way is through gaming.
