Students deserve to learn about money! 🎓💰 We'll cover the five key ideas of financial literacy: earning, budgeting, saving, protection, and investing.

In this self-paced version of my extremely popular (and effective) camp, students will watch engaging recorded lessons to become financially empowered.

Each lesson includes a detailed (optional) skill packet that provides students with an opportunity to apply their skills. These packets are self-contained and designed to be completed independently for ease of learning. When relevant, key ideas are explained to support video content, and if appropriate answer keys are included.

This class is ideal for those seeking to "skill up" their student or to provide a financial literacy addition to their homeschool curriculum.

🚗Within the course we'll cover key ideas such as: 💳

the importance of getting a job, how to open a savings account, credit scores, positive spending decisions, insurance (home, car, health), an overview of taxes, as well as an introduction to financial investing.

This course is like the ultimate treasure map (sometimes called Life 101 by kids and parents) guiding them towards financial independence and wealth creation.

In each lesson we'll unlock a series of key topics that, when pieced together, will set students on the path to financial freedom! 🚀

🧑‍🏫Teaching Style

I teach with a high energy and engaging style that is a cross between a great youtube video and one on one classroom discussion.

With 15 years classroom teaching experience, and almost a decade of social media video creation, I know exactly how to meet your student where they are at.

Note on content 📝

This class teaches financial skills that are broadly applicable in various regions of the globe, where individuals have access to retail and commercial banking services and market or mixed economies. While an attempt will be made to explain ideas so all students can understand, hyper local examples and command based systems fall outside these financial skills.

Specifically, this class recognizes the ability to lend money at interest as a core concept within the financial world. It represents the importance of individuals being able to accumulate private property to pursue financial independence.
Learning Goals
💵Students will be able to recognize and complete basic applications of the the five aspects of financial literacy: earning, savings, spending habits, protecting, and investing.
