In this 6-week course, Master Your Mind: Practical Skills for Teen Wellbeing, teens will learn essential skills to manage their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. The course introduces strategies for handling everyday stress, promoting emotional regulation, and building resilience. Students will learn how to apply these practical tools to improve their overall well-being and approach challenges with more confidence.

The course is interactive, with a combination of instruction, exercises, and practical applications. Each live session includes:

Learning: I will introduce key concepts using easy-to-understand explanations and multimedia.
Practice: Students will participate in structured exercises like identifying and reframing negative thoughts.
Application: Weekly assignments such as thought reflection tasks and problem-solving activities will help students apply what they’ve learned.

Group Discussions: Class discussions on techniques (no sharing of personal experiences).

No therapeutic techniques or medical advice are given, and the class focuses on skills for everyday use.

My teaching style emphasizes clarity, positive reinforcement, and real-world application. Students will leave each class with actionable strategies to help manage their thoughts and emotions.

How much will learners get to interact with you?
Students will have multiple opportunities to interact with me during live sessions. Each class includes Q&A, exercises, and feedback. I will provide individualized feedback on assignments, and students can contact me between classes if they have questions or need support on their final project.

Learners will complete assignments designed to reinforce the well-being strategies covered in class. These include:
