In this 6-week course, Master Your Mind: Practical Skills for Teen Wellbeing, teens will learn essential skills to manage their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. The course introduces strategies for handling everyday stress, promoting emotional regulation, and building resilience. Students will learn how to apply these practical tools to improve their overall well-being and approach challenges with more confidence. How is your class structured? The course is interactive, with a combination of instruction, exercises, and practical applications. Each live session includes: Learning: I will introduce key concepts using easy-to-understand explanations and multimedia. Practice: Students will participate in structured exercises like identifying and reframing negative thoughts. Application: Weekly assignments such as thought reflection tasks and problem-solving activities will help students apply what theyβve learned. Class Structure: Lecture: Clear explanations of well-being strategies. Interactive Exercises: Practical tools to help manage thoughts, emotions, and stress. Group Discussions: Class discussions on techniques (no sharing of personal experiences). Assignments: Weekly tasks to reinforce the skills learned and a final project that integrates all techniques.
