Do you like watching Marvel movies? Do you like talking about them? Then this is the perfect group for you. This is an on-going movie club where we will watch Marvel movies and talk about them with other Marvel movie fans like yourself! We will watch all Marvel feature length movies in all four phases. (The TV shows are not included). We will watch the movies in release order. All movies will be available on Disney Plus except for the three Spider Man movies. Prior to class: Learners should watch the assigned weekly Marvel movie. Class time will consist of a guided group discussion focusing on story elements like setting, theme, plot, character development, alternate endings, etc. The session topics will be learner directed and each week will focus on a different movie with discussion topics derived from the movie of the week. At the end of class, we will play a movie trivia game to see how well you know the movie of the week. This fun class will help with social skills, inference skills and self-expression as the learners share their thoughts and opinions about various movies. All thoughts and opinions will be respected, and this will be a safe space to express and share your love for movies with others. All movies will have a PG-13 rating. This is an on-going, subscription-based class. You will be charged weekly unless you unsubscribe. Each week we will watch a different movie so feel free to subscribe and unsubscribe as you wish.
