Class Experience

These ongoing Mandarin classes for beginners provide a supportive environment for learning the Chinese language. Each class is 30 minutes long and is designed to introduce students to the fundamentals of Mandarin.

Breakdown for each class:
- 10 mins Pinyin practice
- 5 mins Learning vocabulary related to the topic
- 10 mins Reading practice in an interactive environment
- 5 mins Introduction to Chinese character writing

Teacher Hanxi Wang, a native Mandarin speaker hailing from Fuzhou, China, has been residing in Waterloo, Canada, for over 5 years, pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering. With a passion for teaching, Hanxi currently offers online tutoring in both math and Chinese, providing students with a unique blend of academic and language expertise.

Teacher Jen Wang, with a diverse background in Canada and the U.S., preserved her Mandarin Chinese heritage in Taipei, Taiwan, excelling in the local school system.
