This course will teach young people how to provide exemplary customer service, regardless of which career path they pursue. It's also beneficial to learn how to solve problems and interact with others respectfully for any aspect of life!

Class experience

Students will learn the ins and outs of basics customer service skills including what customers look for in a business and expect from their interactions with that business, why customer service is so important, how customer service principles apply to everyday life, how to redirect customers, whether the customer is always right (they aren't) and how to handle challenging customers, what you say with your body language, and above all...why should you care?
