Class Experience

This ongoing course is designed to help teens master their every day stress and anxiety and embrace their inner calm through practical, evidence-based techniques. Participants will learn to understand the roots of their stressors, develop mindfulness practices, and build resilience through guided exercises and group discussions. The course emphasizes self-awareness, emotional regulation, and stress management, equipping teens with tools to navigate challenges with confidence and ease. By fostering a supportive and collaborative environment, this course aims to empower teens to lead more balanced and fulfilling lives. Structured as a lecture-style class with interactive discussions, each session includes a blend of direct teaching and practical exercises. My teaching style is supportive and engaging, fostering a welcoming environment for open dialogue and questions. Please note that this course is not meant to be a form of therapy, but rather an educational and skill-building experience.
