Together we'll learn two different ways to make a pop-up card-- Ms. Kristy demonstrates the techniques while learners follow along, step-by-step. This class is a combination of so many things I love: paper arts, three-dimensional design, and of course the holiday spirit! I have always believed that a heartfelt handmade craft is a wonderful gift, and am looking forward to helping my students design some for their families!

Class printouts: - Vignette pop-up scene template - Santa OR gingerbread OR snowman cutout page(s) These sheets are optional-- please print BEFORE class begins, if desired. *** Younger students and those who have difficulty cutting may also wish to pre-cut pieces before class. Not all cutouts will be used! 2 or 3 characters will be enough :). Students will need: -scissors -ruler -white glue and/or glue stick -construction paper or cardstock in colors desired (suggested colors: green, dark blue, light blue, white, black, red, yellow) -markers or crayons Optional supplies: -one-hole punch -tape (in case the glue doesn't do the job!) -trash can, conveniently located nearby
