In this small group ongoing class, students will learn ELA topics in a fun way while working on reading, writing, and grammar skills and improving their social and critical thinking skills.

Are you looking for a different way for your students to learn English/Language Arts? Then this is the class for them! This class is designed for students with Autism, ADHD, Anxiety and Neurodiverse Learners. By incorporating personal interests (characters/kid friendly topics) into each lesson, it will allow students to be engaged for the entire 30 minutes. I will also be providing numerous learning options so no matter what kind of learner students are, they will be able to grasp the material. If you child is a visual learner, we will have numerous PowerPoints, charts, graphs and diagrams so they can see all the information. If they are an auditory learner, I was always make sure to explain everything thoroughly so students. Even if your child is a kinesthetic learner, there will be time that we will be moving to practice our ELA skills. Most importantly this class is a no judgement zone. Every student will feel safe and able to be themselves in this class while they learn and have fun!

Each week students will learn new ELA skills in a fun and exciting way! Join us as we do ELA lessons on important topics. Each week we will have a new lesson theme, and we will learn the ELA using popular characters that will make your child EXCITED TO LEARN!  Our schedule of learning will be as follows:

Supply List
Students should bring something to write with (pen, pencil, dry erase marker) and something to write on (piece of paper, notebook, dry erase board)
