In this course we will make a sensory bin together and then pair my pre-made learning mats with our bins to learn a variety of foundational skills such as: NUMBER BUILDING and INEQUALITIES.

Class Experience

Students will be learn how to build numbers and differentiate quantities. 
I am a certified Primary Montessori teacher and the small business owner of Your Way Sensory Play where I create and sell sensory bins! As a public Primary Montessori teacher, I've been incorporating sensory bins into my classroom for years. There is so much learning that takes place when children are engaged in the activities that are put before them.
Have fun playing in your newly made sensory bin!
We will be making a sensory bin together. Please gather up some materials and have them ready for class! In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
I will observe each learner and assess them informally as we work together.
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Disclaimer: The sensory bins we will be putting together will contains loose and small parts that could be a choking hazard. Young children should closely supervised by an adult.
