Children with be guided through the challenges to facilitate them to escape the Autumn forest. During this one time class, children will discover they have become lost in the forest after playing during the day. They do not know how to get home and their only hope lays on a grownups phone who has a map that can lead them to safety. However they have forgotten the code to the phone and cannot access it. Children will learn how to solve problems using maths skills and be guided to recap some knowledge of age appropriate maths skills. Working together as a team and supporting each other to get to the end with your team.
No homework after class is expected.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
55 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Children will be sent clues and work papers to write on, these can be printed ahead of class. However, a printer is not required and children can still access the class with just pen and paper. Pen and paper are required to work out the clues and answers.
