We’ll make learning about division engaging, upbeat and encouraging! -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- C O U R S E O U T L I N E : We will practice… ➗Division facts We will learn…. ➗How to divide 3 and 4 digit numbers by 1 digit numbers C L A S S R O O M S T R U C T U R E : ✏️Community Building: Introductions & Question of the Day ✏️Class Introduction: Discuss our learning target of the day and class expectations ✏️Instruction: We’ll begin class reviewing the important vocabulary terms for this lesson: divisor, dividend, quotient, remainder. We will then move into learning the process for long division. Class will include a gradual release of instruction. I do, We do together, You do independently ✏️Class Closing: Class reflection on our learning target and individual reflection on effort 🔴P L E A S E N O T E 🔴 : 🔻Your child should have a strong understanding of basic division facts when taking this class. 🔻This class will utilize the chat feature in Zoom in order for learners to be able to privately send me their answers. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Please reach out with any questions you may have - I can’t wait to meet your learner in class! 👩🏼🏫
