LOL dolls are so much fun to collect and play with. If your child enjoyed the LOL Surprise Art Club for Part 1, or even if they've never had a single LOL class before, they will LOVE this LOL Surprise Doll Art Club Part 2! Students will draw 6 new LOL dolls, including an OMG doll! Students will begin each class by sharing an LOL doll of their own. Then, I will surprise the class each lesson with the doll they will learn to draw. We will use "My Secret LOL Handbook" to learn facts about each doll. Students will then be guided in a step-by-step directed drawing lesson to draw a detailed picture of the doll of the day. Finally, students will be given some time at the end of class to color their adorable drawing and share it with the group. No experience is necessary for this fun, interactive art club! Parental Guidance
There are apparently some LOL dolls that when submerged in water reveal clothing that resembles lengerie. I have not come across an lol doll that does this, however, I wanted parents to be aware of this possibility with their child's dolls at home. We will not experiment with color-changing dolls in any of my classes by submerging them in water. If you would like to receive an example of the doll/dolls drawn in this class or any of my art clubs, feel free to contact me through Outschool and I can provide that for you.

My name is Lori Costa and I have been an elementary school teacher for over 24 years. In addition, I have been teaching online for three years with private, small group, and large group classes. I specialize in teaching phonics, reading, writing, and art.
I have my Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Studies with an emphasis in Children and the Arts. I also have my Multiple Subject Credential with CLAD emphasis.
I have three amazing kids of my own, who range in age from 10 to 19. My husband and I love to travel with our kids and make fun memories together. Trips to the beach are my favorite!
I plan to teach a variety of lessons that incorporate music, movement, art, reading and writing to reach all types of learners.
