Class Experience

US Grade 11 - 12
This course is designed for students who are interested in a study abroad experience during college. There are many facets of studying in a different country that can feel overwhelming. This seminar looks at some of the details of practically living abroad for an extended period of time in college, including food, housing, transportation, and safety during the semester or summer. We will discuss what to pack (and what not to pack!), what to do if you get sick, and how to make sure to stay in touch with those back home. The class will be a mix of lecture and discussion.
