Come on a journey to explore the wonders of the art of Hula. Hula is an art form used by Hawaiians to tell and share stories of old and new. Students will experience the movement and joy of telling a story through their hands and feet. This class is open for boys and girls ages 3 to 6 who can follow simple directions and ready to participate with their classmates in learning through music and dance. Students will learn the 3 hula steps (Kaholo, 'Ami, and Hela) as well as how to greet someone in Hawaiian. This is a fun, interactive, and safe class where all students will have the chance to be active participants. ** This class is an introductory class to see if you learner is interested in dancing Hula.**
Other Details
Parental Guidance
Students will need space to move around as well as comfortable clothes that they are able to move in. Students will also dance barefooted so please have them in a safe space.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
