Introduction to Leadership
Understanding the basic concept of leadership and identifying personal leadership qualities.
Lesson 2
Communication Skills
Developing effective communication techniques, including active listening and public speaking.
Lesson 3
Problem-Solving and Decision-Making
Enhance critical thinking abilities and learn structured approaches to problem-solving and decision-making.
Lesson 4
Teamwork and Collaboration
Recognizing the value of teamwork, practicing collaboration, and learning how to lead a team effectively.
Lesson 5
Leadership in Action
Identifying different leadership styles, applying leadership skills in practical activities, and reflecting on personal growth as a leader.
  • This class will guide students through discussions, examples, and related activities how to practice leadership in daily life in interactions with their family, friends, classmates, and teachers. Discussions include importance of setting high goals and working toward goals with self-discipline, excellence, enthusiasm, and confidence; approaching problems, challenges, difficult tasks and situations with poise and a positive and winning attitude; trusting one's intuition and standing up for one's rights and the rights of others; building up and helping others alongside of one's path to success.
I have over 15 years of experience teaching virtues and other subjects at children’s classes and summer and winter camps as well as public school.

Details: Each learner will write an essay about her own goals and plans in becoming an effective leader. She will present her essay in the 5th meeting.
