We will begin the class with a fun fall themed mentor text focused on pumpkins. This will introduce the topic. We then will explore the complete lifecycle of a pumpkin. We will talk about the order of the life cycle and what the pumpkin needs to grow. Together we will complete a Pumpkin Life Cycle Book. This will include reading, writing and coloring.
Learning Goals
Your learner will be introduced to the season fall. They will work on their listening skills during the read aloud. Together we will learn the complete life cycle of a pumpkin. They will be able to focus on the correct order and what is needed for this to be complete. Your learner will have the opportunity to practice their reading, writing and coloring skills based on their current individual level.
