This class will focus on teaching students the basics about Spain, including the geography, history, and culture. The class will encourage students to ask questions and make predictions based on prior knowledge and information we go over together. We will use pictures and videos, as well as conversation, for students to learn about areas of interest. The goal is for students to become curious and more interested in the unique culture of Spain. Students do not need to have any prior knowledge to join the class.

I have lived in Madrid, Spain and traveled extensively while I was there. I worked on a government fellowship that promoted cultural exchange and ambassadorship between Spain and the United States. I spent my working hours teaching at a school and working at a local NGO to help with education efforts.
