Students will need a ukulele and have their instrument tuned. An adult will need to be present to tune the ukulele, I will give easy and quick instructions on how to tune the first string of the ukulele. *Please note some ukulele will not stay in tune no matter how hard we try to tune the instrument. In this one time class students will learn how to play simple melodies on the first string of the ukulele and learn the chords C & Am. I will demonstrate how to play selected songs. Learners will have the opportunity to play during the class and will be encouraged to ask questions of the teacher and the class.
