Description

Class Experience

This class is the second level of the Let's Play Recorder course. It is recommended that enrolled students complete Level 1 first unless they have prior recorder playing experience. For day 1 of this class, students should be able to accurately play the notes G, A, B, C, and D, and be comfortable playing at least two short songs, such as Hot Cross Buns and Ode to Joy. Like Level 1, this class meets twice a week for four weeks.

The goal each work is to have students play as often as possible!...

Students should practice learned material outside of class time, however there is no time requirement for practicing since it depends on how quickly each student progresses. We try our best to master all concepts in class when possible.

1 recorder $8 (Yamaha is a recommended brand.)

1 hour per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
