In this ongoing class, learners will learn how to say easy words and sentences in Spanish (regular and also related to Minecraft) and learn and practice basic verbs, to learn to communicate in Spanish as we play together.

Learners will learn and use Spanish in a fun, safe, social setting. Each week we will see a different concept or vocabulary, and learners are expected to try to use what they have learned so far in the class.
I've been a languages teacher for 10 years now. I have experience teaching English and Spanish to all ages (young children, pre-teens, teens, and adults).
3 files available upon enrollmentYou will need to have Minecraft and a device to play Minecraft on. I will provide slides and/or handouts on a weekly basis, which will be uploaded to the classroom after class. You may print these off or view them to practice and review.
In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
SUPER IMPORTANT: #1 In order to play together, we will need to be friends on Minecraft. If you do not wish to share this information, learners will not be able to play together. If you have any doubts or questions, please let me know as soon as possible. The idea behind this class is to provide a safe space to share and play together (at least once a month). Upon signing up, PLEASE keep in mind and follow Outschool's policy for gamer tags: * Learners or parents should message gamer tags directly through a private message * Never allow learners to share their gamer tags in the classroom page (this means teacher or parents should delete comments from learners that do). Thank you! #2 I will be playing on BEDROCK, which to date (July 2022) is NOT compatible with Java or Minecraft Education. Minecraft is recommended for around ages 8 and up.
