US Grade 1 - 2
In this interactive and engaging one-time class, your learner will review and practice the short and long vowel sounds by playing a fun game of bingo! Bingo cards will be sent prior to class and they can be printed out or copied on your own paper. This course can be taken multiple times because it’s never the same! If your learner has already taken this course, they will be given a new bingo card for the new class (Please inform me if they have already received the card sent, so I can send a new one.) Class Schedule - Introductions - Class rules - Review of the vowels and the short and long vowel sounds (don't worry if your learner doesn't know every vowel sound, we will go over examples and the interactive portion should help further. However, they should know the vowels so they're able to play successfully.) - Bingo Time (If there's time, there may be a chance for multiple rounds.) ***Prior to class, each learner will be sent a unique bingo card that can be printed (at least 30 minutes before instruction). If you do not have a printer, no worries, you can also copy down the bingo card on your own paper, just note that it may be more difficult for your learner to follow along with this option.***
Learning Goals
Students will improve on their knowledge of the short and long vowel sounds.
