In this one time class we will learn about the basic food groups through conversation, a game, creating our own list, and drawing our own delicious plate!

In this fun and exciting class we will discuss where all our favorite foods belong in the food groups! ➽Class will start with a fun conversation and introduction to where the foods belong from the pictures on the included pdf. ➽We will then practice writing out a list and categorizing where all our favorite foods belong. ➽We will then jump into a game of "which category do I belong in (teacher will use play food to test the students knowledge). The goal will be for students to have a basic understanding of what is in each food category and to have fun!!
Homework Offered
Once class has finished students and parents can sign the learners certificate together and celebrate the students hard work!! :)0 hours per week outside of class

1 file available upon enrollmentThe student will need the provided Pdf printed out and ready for class. They will also need a pencil, eraser and coloring objects.
A pdf created by teacher Amber will be provided for this class. Students and Parents will need to print it out before class starts. We don't want anyone to miss getting their individual certificate at the end!
