30 mins in-class hoursClass Experience
In this one time class, advanced beginner gymnasts will learn how to execute a round off with USA Olympian Ms. Hope. A round off is the next progression in tumbling after a cartwheel is mastered. The class will begin with a 5-7 minute stretch, followed by a break down of how to execute a round off and finally the students will be able to showcase what they learned in class. As with any fitness activity, there is potential for injury. I will pace the class based on the overall ability of each student. Parental supervision, a padded surface away from walls and furniture, athletic clothing and a water bottle are required. I look forward to sharing my knowledge and passion with yor child. See you in the classroom.
