Teacher expertise and credentials
Botany: My dad has his Masters in horticulture, so plants are pretty much in my DNA. I also worked as a floral designer for 7 years. It was always very gratifying to be able to brighten up or make someone’s day with flowers. Also helping people who are grieving for loved ones who have passed, with flowers they need was fulfilling. This brought me to an opportunity to be a buyer/merchandiser for a large grocery chain. I was also an account executive for an import export company for flowers. Going home smelling like a flower shop was just one of the added benefits
