In this one time class, we will explore the ocean: animals, and plants. We will discuss why ocean color varies from one ocean to the next. We will also discuss why and how ocean life varies depending on location and temperature. Students will learn how animals adapt to their environment by changing their color and adjusting their own structures to survive in their habitat. Students will learn what specific animals can live in salt water and fresh water. After various educational discussions about the ocean habitat, we will then draw various sea life.
