Grab your painting supplies and let’s talk about and paint 4 interesting Australian Animals! We will draw and paint one animal per class plus discuss interesting things about them. 1st class: Koala (pictured) 2nd class: Kangaroo 3rd class: Blue Tongued Skink 4th class: Platypus This is a guided drawing class, however, students may be creative in how they depict the background if they would like. You may use Watercolor paper and Acrylic/Watercolor paint or Canvas and Acrylic paint Note: Please do not use printer/copy paper...children are disappointed when their work is floppy and doesn't hold up to painting. If you are unable to get a watercolor pad then mixed media would be another choice. A drawing paper pad, though not meant for painting could work as the paper is a little sturdier.
