In this Bilingual ongoing class, we will teach "circle time" that is taught in a traditional Pre-K in English and Spanish. We will start the class with: * A welcome song * We will introduce the days of the week / months of the year * The current day / month * We will review the alphabet (letter and sound) * Then, we will learn the numbers 1-10 (some days we will do 1-20) * We will write the number of the day * We will learn shapes and colors. *Lastly, we will end with a goodbye song. A worksheet will be provided each day. We will focus on the following topics. Topics will vary and are not limited to: *Numbers 1-5 *Numbers 6-10 *Numbers 11-15 *Shapes 3-D *Shapes 2-D *Colors *Patterns AB *Less-than, Greater-than *Patterns ABC *Numbers 16-20 *Addition *Subtraction *Counting *Addition

Hola! I love teaching ever since I can remember! I have volunteered at my local church as a catechist since 2012 and have worked as a substitute teacher. I have worked in high school setting while substituting and as a Teacher Assistant in Pre-K. I am a certified elementary school teacher with the state of Texas and hold a certification to teach Spanish.
I firmly believe that school is extremely important, and it is ESSENTIAL for children to start at a young age. I will offer classes for Pre-K and Kinder level. Teaching material will include but are not limited to ABC's, letters/numbers recognition, colors, shapes, writing, morning circle activities, and also some story times.
