This class time is for past, present, and future artists who wish to tackle a particular technique or concept related directly to enrollment in Mrs Ross's art classes. In this class artists may express a wish to demystify and examine an area that is unfamiliar, difficult, or causing trepidation. Sharon is a professional fine artist/illustrator who has been teaching studio curriculum on Outschool for 5 years . Prior to bringing her art and art technique programs to Outschool she taught in schools, community centers, and private studios dating back to 2006. Sharon has illustrated FOUR published children’s books, as well as a few that never made it to print. Sharon's classes are rooted in Reggio philosophies and strives to equip learners with the tools they need to be successful in AND outside the classroom.
Materials needed will depend upon the area the learner wishes to explore (ie watercolours, markers, inks) Learners will also need sketch paper, pencil, and eraser.
