Class Experience

This class time is for past, present, and future artists who wish to tackle a particular technique or concept related directly to enrollment in Mrs Ross's art classes.

In this class artists may express a wish to demystify and examine an area that is unfamiliar, difficult, or causing trepidation. Such areas may include but are not limited to:

Light & Shadow
Form and Rendering
Colour Theory
Composition
Contrast and Focal point
Page design

Techniques in
Watercolour
Gouache
Acrylic or Oil
Coloured Pencils
Charcoals and graphite

Digital drawing programs such as
photoshop
clip studio paint
krita
ibis paint
rebelle

And so much more.

If you are unsure if your specific questions can be addressed in this class, please be encouraged to reach out to the teacher before enrollment.

Due to the nature of creating artwork together online each artist will be expected to have their camera on and ready to show their artwork at various stages through the class.

Class will begin with a warm up exercise and a greeting. Homework will not be assigned but artists are always encouraged to continue their art practice outside of class time.
