Class Experience

Welcome to Lethal Company... with mods. 🙃 You thought the base game was already fun? Now you can experience Lethal Company in a whole new way, all while getting to play with similar aged kids in a safe, moderated setting. There are some extra steps required to be able to do this which will all be explained in the welcome post of the Outschool classroom upon enrolling. Some kids who join are already well aware on how to install mods while for others, it is completely new. If you are even moderately tech savvy, then you should be able to follow the instructions with relative ease. Below I will list some of the quality of life mods we have added that make the game a more enjoyable experience for everyone.

Mod list:
MoreCompany — Allows more than 4 players to play together in a lobby
LateCompany — Allows for late joining
BunkbedRevive — Players can revive each other in the ship if they've died
NicestTeleporters — Players keep their loot they have when teleported back to the ship
QuotaRollover — Removes required credits for the quota instead of setting progress to 0
BetterStamina — Makes stamina consumption/regen a bit better
ShipLoot — Reliably shows the total value of all scrap in your ship

... And a whole lot more!

Note that because this game utilizes proximity voice chat in-game, we will mostly be muted in the Zoom once we've started playing. This allows for a more immersive experience.

Though the game is still in its beta stage and does not have any official ESRB rating, it is anticipated to be rated 'T' for infrequent blood spatters, violence, and users interacting.

REQUIRED MATERIALS:
- Create a Steam account and download the Steam app for Windows at https://store.steampowered.com/about/
- Lethal Company game — currently available exclusively on the Steam gaming platform for Windows users US$9.99
- A stable, ideally high speed Internet connection (we don't want you lagging out on us!)

REFUND POLICY:
No refunds for missed classes, technical difficulties (for example, you are unable to join us in the game for any reason), or other general user error. I will do my best to help troubleshoot to a certain extent, but if your game is not allowing you to join or you are having other in-game issues, I can't let it take away from the rest of the class's experience. Thank you for your understanding!
