Beginner - Advanced Level
This 8-week course is designed with one 30-minute session per week, with each session building on the previous one. The program progresses from foundational concepts to tailored, advanced strategies that empower learners to optimize their study and learning habits.  

Students will gain evidence-based tools and techniques to enhance their learning efficiency and effectiveness. Topics covered include cultivating a growth mindset, developing personalized strategies, implementing active learning techniques, mastering note-taking methods, improving memory and retention, setting achievable goals, managing time effectively, preparing for tests, and addressing anxiety.  

The lessons are highly interactive and practical, blending short lectures, engaging discussions, hands-on activities, and focused skill-building exercises. Learners will have the opportunity to apply strategies during each session and receive personalized feedback to reinforce their progress.  

My teaching style is dynamic, supportive, and learner-focused, combining my expertise as a certified teacher and CBT psychotherapist (qualifying). I create a structured and encouraging environment designed to foster confidence and growth throughout the learning journey.
