Learn Video Editing to put your own videos together!
As a video editor for many years, including creating my own feature films, documentaries, and music videos, I've learned a lot and would like to share my knowledge with others. I will give learners the tools they need to make their own.

Beginner Level
Learners will get an understanding of how to edit their own videos, in which they can use these skills for their own personal projects or projects made for others. They will learn how to cut footage, add text, import music, change colors, add effects, export videos, and more. I will start out by showing the fundamentals of video editing, via demonstrations. From there, I will go over some more advanced functions of video editing so that they can have the tools to make anything from music videos to feature films. Throughout the lecture, I will stop to answer questions and have group discussions. Once I know that everybody is on the same page, I will continue on until the next lecture break.
