Welcome to Handwriting class. We are going to learn to print each letter of the alphabet using italics font. This helps prepare you for cursive writing someday. We will start with learning 4 of the letters of the alphabet each week, upper and lower case, and a few words using these letters. On week 7 and 8 we will practice writing sentences. Practice sheets will be provided to you in the outschool classroom before class you can print out before class, or you can use your own notebook paper....
To learn each letter of the alphabet in printing and become proficient in printing handwriting.

Each week’s assignment should be completed the day the student watches the video. The student should complete the work as if they were in class while they are watching the video. They can feel free to pause and play the video as much as they need to, and complete the work. Then push play again.

No live meetings, and an estimated 1 - 2 hours per week outside of class.
Parents should also ensure the students are sitting at a table or desk, feet on the floor and room for their arms to rest on the table as they write their letters/sentences. This will help with proper form and proper letter forming. The teacher will go over this in the first video in the first class.
