Class Experience

Students will learn and practice essential phonics skills and sounds.
I have a BA in Elementary Education and working towards an MA in Instructional Leadership. I have five years of teaching experience in the classroom. I have taught all major content areas in kindergarten, second, fourth, and fifth grades.
READ! Any book will do, but I will send a digital copy of the book we will read together for you to read together as a family. Give your learner an opportunity to read it to you. The decodable book will take approximately 10 minutes to read.
Students will need something to write with and something to write on!
Learners will be assessed in a variety of ways throughout the lesson. Progress can be communicated by request.
1 hour per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
