Class Experience

In our tutoring sessions, we will focus on reading skills your child needs to strengthen. Depending on your learner's age, reading ability, and individual needs, our classes will include a variety of work with the five areas of reading: phonics, phonemic awareness, vocabulary, fluency, and comprehension. Some activities may include reading short texts at their instructional level, rereading for improved fluency, practice reading and spelling high-frequency words, talking about word meanings,...

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

1 hour per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
