Class Experience

Beginner Level
In this engaging and interactive drawing class, students will develop essential comic art skills to bring their ideas to life. Whether they dream of creating superheroes, fantasy warriors, or their own original characters, this course provides the foundational techniques needed to craft dynamic and expressive comic-style illustrations.

Through step-by-step demonstrations and guided practice, students will learn how to:

Design unique characters with personality and style.

Create engaging poses and action-packed scenes.

Incorporate background elements to enhance storytelling.

Use visual storytelling techniques such as composition, perspective, and panel layout.

Add dialogue and text elements to make their comics even more compelling.

This class is designed for beginners and provides a supportive space for young artists to explore their creativity, learn new techniques, and gain confidence in their artistic abilities. By the end of the course, students will have developed their own characters and completed an exciting comic scene!

I have taught 2D design, graphic design, and digital art in various educational settings, including schools, workshops, and online platforms. I have also created and marketed online instructional drawing courses, helping students of all ages develop strong foundational art skills.

In addition to my teaching experience, I have a professional background in character and background design, production design, and storyboard editing for animation and entertainment projects.
