Beginner - Intermediate Level
The word "kawaii" means cute in Japanese, it has been a popular term for young people who are fans of a culture that helped influence video games, animation, films, and music. For this class, learners will be taught about how to draw almost everything with a kawaii art style. The style isn't on anime, rather it's simply cartoonish which would be easy for kids to practice on. Every week there will be a theme which will be mentioned down below. The goals is for learners to learn about a certain art style that someday they could develop on their own.
I have a Bachelor's Degree on Multimedia Arts, with the experience I had in college I want to teach children who has the passion for arts.
Learners with special needs are welcome
There won't be any pre-requisites here so beginners are welcome.
You can use any of these for class -sketch pad -sketch book -sketch papers art materials: -pencils -erasers -sharpener coloring materials (doesn't have to be all just pick the ones you'd rather use.) - crayons -color pencils - watercolor (if you want to use watercolor, I would suggest using a watercolor sketch pad/book, its so the paint won't bleed through the papers.)
nothing scary for this class but just keep an eye on your child if something happens. (note: Its part of the guidelines, please be off camera while watching them,)
