1 hour per week. For homework, students will copy down the vocabulary words or phrases learned that day into their notebooks (teacher will post the vocabulary on the classroom page).Class Experience
I will share my screen with students as we watch fairy tales with French audio and English subtitles. We pause once or twice during class to look at a selection of vocabulary words or phrases from the video. We will practice how to pronounce the words and then practice how to use them in sentences by doing a short Conversation Skit or Dialogue. Teacher will post all the vocabulary words or phrases on the classroom page so that students may copy them into their notebooks after class. All videos will be family appropriate and parents are very welcome to stay to observe. We may watch "Jack and the Beanstalk, The Gingerbread Man" or similar material.
