Summer Camp: Learn Flute! 2-Week Flute Jumpstart: 1-On-1 Coaching (30 mins)

Spark a love of music this summer! This dynamic 2-week flute jumpstart camp offers a fun and focused introduction to the instrument, perfect for curious beginners aged 8-18. Each session will be a personalized 30-minute lesson delivered in a private one-on-one setting.

Over 2-weeks you'll emerge from these lessons with:

1. A basic understanding of flute technique and musicianship
2. Introduction to proper breathing and support for a clear tone
3. The ability to produce notes in the first octave of the flute
4. Increased awareness of dynamics and basic articulation
5. Familiarity with fundamental flute techniques, including tonguing and finger placement
6. Enhanced musicality and beginning interpretation skills
7. Improved posture, embouchure, and overall playing comfort
8. A simple warm-up routine for continued practice
9. The ability to play a few simple tunes or exercises

• Skilled pianist with 7 levels of training
• Experienced electric bass player in a Montreal rock band
• Currently teaching guitar to kids aged 5-12
