This course will provide an introduction to the six sources of power identified by French and Raven (1959, 1965) using the popular Marvel franchise, The Avengers. Participants will have the opportunity to observe the sources of power through the lens of The Avengers characters and discuss their observations with the instructor and other participants. Students will watch a video lesson and discuss the content with the instructor and other students during the scheduled course time. Students will have the opportunity to answer questions in their course guide during the discussion period and between class meetings if necessary. The questions can be submitted in the Outschool Classroom either in the provided text box or by submitting an attachment. Students will be asked to submit their responses to each section prior to progressing to the next section. I will provide feedback to student responses.
