Leadership and Exploring My Personal Strengths Taster Session for Ages 8-11
What's included
1 live meeting
1 in-class hoursClass Experience
In this session we will explore the theme of leadership and discuss how you feel about calling yourself ‘a leader’. We believe that leadership is about how we can all make a positive impact on those around us, rather than it being about power and status. All students will be encouraged to participate in discussions, watch some awesome video clips, make use of the chat box and get involved in some fun and silly games. There will be space for 9 students to join this session led by one of our experienced and inspirational Role Models. See you online soon :D! Our courses follow an education framework developed by teachers, education experts and business leaders. This framework, based on the work of the Partnership for 21st century learning, defines the skills and knowledge that children need to thrive at school, at home and beyond. Our courses have been written by our Character Education team who are highly qualified educators. Our course content emphasises the importance of developing life and career skills alongside academic attainment.

Teacher expertise and credentials
Meet Louise Treherne our Director of our Character Education Team:
Louise develops new and exciting ways to help children explore our four key areas of collaboration, resilience, creativity and leadership, in order to be the best version of themselves.
Louise has a degree in Psychology, 12 years experience as a teacher and 5 years as a Senior Deputy Head at a London Prep school. She now works as a Coach and Educational Consultant, which includes working in different educational settings, delivering training and staying up to date with all things Character Education related! Through her coaching, Louise works 1:1 with adults and children to help them move forward with specific goals, explore limiting beliefs and develop their direction and confidence.
Louise has created our content which is taught by our Role Models.
Our Role Models (teachers) are energetic, engaging, and curious educators who are passionate about encouraging your children to become the best version of themselves. All of our Role Models are hand-picked and trained by our education team.
In order to become a Role Model, they must have ample experience working with groups of children. They must also be adept at combining educational rigour with fun, to create active learning environments that children love. We have a number of qualified teachers and actors on our team. However, each Role Model brings something unique to the table. You can find out more about our Role Models here: https://www.rolemodels.me/about-us/meet-our-role-models/.
