US Grade 9 - 12
Join Coach "E" for an engaging exploration of what it means to lead well by embracing the value of teamwork. Together, we'll take a look at the key to great teamwork which I like to call S.U.C.C.E.S.S. We'll discover 7 principles of what makes all different kinds of teams work and how putting them into practice can elevate and strengthen our leadership. 

Whether you are an aspiring student leader, club leader, team leader, athlete, musician, gamer, babysitter, or young entrepreneur, this class will help you develop your leadership skills and become an even better leader and teammate. 

This is a unique stand-alone/one-time class designed to provide a sample of the main 8-session course “Leadership 201: Training, Skills, and Habits. 8 Principles from Leading Experts.” If you like Leadership 101, students are encouraged to sign-up for Leadership 201 or just jump right into the 8-session course.

3. What is one obstacle to teamwork that you need to work on to overcome?
4. List 2 specific action steps you want to take to improve your leadership.

Learning Goals
Students will explore the value of teamwork and discover 7 principles of what makes teams work well.
Students will enhance their own leadership skills by choosing 1-2 principles to apply to their own leadership or team context.
