In this multi-day class students will learn and practice intermediate/advanced drawing skills as we create a poster style Lego Dreamzzz drawing. The students will follow me step by step as I demonstrate by drawing the artwork along with them. Creating a fun and interactive learning environment for each little dreamer is very important and is my top priority. Week 1Lesson 1Lego Dreamzzz Drawing Part 1: StructureWe will start by building the basic structure of our drawing using basic shapes to position all characters/ objectsWeek 2Lesson 2Lego Dreamzzz Drawing Part 2: DetailsWith all characters and objects placed, we will begin adding details to all characters/objectsWeek 3Lesson 3Lego Dreamzzz Drawing Part 3: Details continuedContinuing to add details to our drawing and finalize by going over our lines in marker.Week 4Lesson 4Lego Dreamzzz Drawing Part 4: ColoringWe will begin adding color to our drawings with special instruction to techniques such as blending and color enhancement.Week 5Lesson 5Lego Dreamzzz Drawing Part 5: Shading/Final ReviewIn this last class, we will begin shading and any other final touches on our drawing. Students will have more practice drawing as they see how their favorite characters are drawn step by step and learn cartooning skills to improve their art experience.
