This class is taught in English.
  • Students will learn to recognize negative labels they may have internalized and understand the impact these labels have on their self-esteem and behavior.
  • Students will learn resilience-building techniques to help them cope with challenges and setbacks in a healthy and constructive manner.
  • Students will acquire practical strategies to challenge and discard limiting beliefs and negative self-talk.
  • Students will participate in practical exercises that encourage the application of learned skills in everyday situations, enhancing their ability to thrive in various environments.
As an experienced educator and school counselor, I bring a wealth of knowledge and practical experience to the topic of overcoming negative labels. Here are my qualifications:

16 Years of Teaching Experience: Extensive experience teaching a variety of subjects, focusing on personal development and resilience-building strategies.
7 Years as a School Counselor: Specialized in helping students navigate emotional and social challenges, providing personalized support and guidance to foster positive self-image and resilience.
Professional Experience:

Motivational Speaker: Delivered numerous workshops and keynote addresses on topics related to self-improvement, resilience, and overcoming adversity. These events have provided me with insights into the common challenges faced by individuals and effective methods to address them.
Lived Experience:
