In Kids' Social Club, students will get the chance to make friends with their peers in the class through conversation, games, and activities. This goal of this class is for kids to have a fun place to make friends and just be kids! Each class will follow a similar structure: 1. Check-In - We will do our check-in a few different ways. Sometimes we'll start by just asking "How are you doing?" Other times we will share our highs/lows from the week. Some weeks we will have a...
Students will get the chance to meet new friends, practice their conversation and public speaking skills, and just get to hang out and have fun.
Check the Outschool classroom to see what will be needed each week. Some weeks we will be doing Show and Tell, and other weeks your child might need paper and a pencil to draw the directed drawing that week. On weeks we play Bingo, I will post different Bingo boards that can be printed out, otherwise students can make their own.
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
