In this class students will learn how to explore some of the fundamentals of creative art by following close instructions and creating art that is fun as well as being able to venture out and explore their own creative side within the realms of our class. This class will be taught with step by step instructions given by the teacher. We will cover patterns, structure, shapes, and prints. My teaching style for this class with be easy going and the students can interact with me as much as they like.

They will also learn how to follow step by step instructions by listening carefully to accomplish their art in a timely manner.The students will learn the fundamentals of creative art.
Syllabus
5 Lessons
over 5 WeeksLesson 1:
Hand Print Strawberry
This lesson will focus on how to use scissors correctly as well as following step by step instructions on creating the strawberry piece together as a class. 45 mins online live lesson
Lesson 2:
Bubble Painting
This lesson will captivate the children by allowing them to paint by simply using the method of blowing paint onto a canvas to create art. 45 mins online live lesson
Lesson 3:
Glue Trace and Color
This lesson will allow the students to focus on following and lines of pictures and tracing them with glue. After the glue dries we will complete the coloring in the next class. This activity will allow the kids to see their art from a different perspective. 45 mins online live lesson
Lesson 4:
Shredded Paper Rainbow Shaving Cream
This lesson will be about the students drawing a rainbow and having the ability to color match the paper to the lines they have drown. Once completed they will have the opportunity to add shaving cream clouds to each side of the rainbow. 45 mins online live lesson
Other Details
Parental Guidance
The children will be using scissors to cut things out on their own. They may need to be watched by parents closely if the parent’s don’t trust they can use the scissors without supervision.

1 pack of color construction paper 1 pair of scissors 1 bottle of glue 1 small bottle of bubbles 1 glue stick 1 can of shaving cream 3 to 4 empty tissue rolls 1 box of crayons 4 bottles of paint: red, blue, yellow, and green
