Of course, I included a few pictures of my chickens enjoying the left overs. In this lesson, there are two videos and photos. I personally am not BIG fan of vegetables, that does not mean I don't need them in my diet. When I decided to start juicing so I could add a bit more vitamins and minerals into my day, I realized that not all things are a good fit. Together we will see what works and what doesn't, as well as what you would like me to try! I love input, new discoveries as well as trying combinations I never thought of.

We will be using a juicer and possibly a knife to cut up your items.
Supply List
Juicer, fruit and vegetables of your choice. A knife, bowls, containers for the juice, vinegar if you prefer for soaking your items.
